strategic priorities
Kirksville R-III School District uses all five gears to support our school district and to propel it forward. Within each of these gears there are a number of school-based, student-centered action steps. Most of the actions will take more than one year to fully enact. In any given year, or sequence of years, the overall District Priority may change, but work in all of the gears will continue depending upon the needs of individual schools. While the yearly action steps may change, the Strategic Priorities will remain constant because they guide the work of all District employees in our mission to empower our students to be successful. You will see our action steps focus on adult behaviors because ultimately these are the only behaviors we can truly control.
