Geared for Excellence is the continuous improvement process for the Kirksville R-III School District.

This website is the official reporting document for the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Missouri School Improvement Program-6. The District's Five Strategic Priorities: Shared Team Leadership; Data-Informed Decision Making; Equitable Educational Access; Collaborative Climate and Culture; and Effective Teaching and Learning all align with the required components of the MSIP-6 program.
Kirksville R-III School District is located in northeast Missouri's Adair County. Home to approximately 2500 students from pre-kindergarten thru 12th grade district employees approximately 485 people.
